Mr Udeshi, or is that Mr. Smith?

A while back I was invited to review the Alma Hotel in Barcelona for Mr and Mrs Smith. I mention it here not to draw attention to myself, but because of the wonderful hotel that it is. Discrete, quiet yet right in the middle of things. The review can be found here.
If you ever need to impress a certain someone in Barcelona, this for me is the place to stay. They will be impressed that you even knew of its existence, much less found it. It is a space that you walk by a thousand times, without ever knowing what secrets lie inside.
The rooms were long enough that one could have gone bowling in them, and probably had ten people in the shower. It is spacious. The garden just adds to that feeling, an oasis of calm in bustling Barcelona. A nice contrast to the snaking labyrinth of the gothic quarter. I wouldn't feel bad in the slightest if I had to live here. At checkout we found out that somebody had already been staying there for six months.
