Our
clients kept asking us about tailored casual wear, which sounded like an
oxymoron at first. They kept persisting, asking for something light, soft and
comfortable, yet fitted and functional. No tall order then. This is the result,
developed over two years in collaboration with a master Italian pattern maker.
Italy is
referenced with the shirt shoulder sleeve, fit and the “barchetta” breast
pocket, and England with the Edwardian swung back shoulder seam, closing lapel,
ticket pocket and slanted side pockets, double vents and cotton canvas by Brisbane Moss who have woven fabric since the middle of the 19th century.
